We are living in an exciting period of growth and to reinforce our team in our Innovation Centre located in Magdeburg (Germany), we are looking for a new passionate UI/UX Designer, to help us providing our users with the coolest & most efficient interface they ever seen on a trading platform.

A user interface is like a joke: if you have to explain it, it's not that good. ;)

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

You will:

• be responsible of the UI design area,
  - ideating, realising and implementating new graphic solutions for the interface of our client-server e-trading platform
  - creating and developing interaction concepts (Wireframes, Click Prototypes)
  - advising on best graphic solutions to take
  
• be responsible of the UX area,
  - planning and conducting user researches (stakeholder interviews, surveys, card sorting), usability tests and competitor analysis
  - defining and refining user personas and storyboards
  
• present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy
• work shoulder to shoulder with the software developers and the Product Owner in our interface team
• additionally, assist from time to time the HR and the Marketing departments
  - creating graphic designs for employer branding, recruiting and promotional materials, both in digital and printed form
  - creating graphic designs for internal and external communications (templates, images...) in line with our brand guidelines
  - being a brand ambassador 
  

YOUR PROFILE

To be successful in the role, you will need to have:

• solid work experience in 
  - User Experience Design & Research
  - User-Centred Design
  - Interaction Design & Prototyping
  - Graphic User Interface Design & Visual Design
  
• ideally, experience in UI/UX design for financial softwares
• Adobe Creative Suite + Axure, Adobe XD, Figma/Sketch
• Presentation programs (Keynote, Power Point) + will to use and explore different digital tools
  
• user-centric and analytical approach
• creative mindset and attention to details
• agile and independent way of working
• Excellent communication, design thinking and teamwork skills
  
• Fluent English
